brenderlou Posted November 30, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2009 We just booked a b2b on Century in March from Miami and we can't wait. We were on this ship in Feb and fell in love with it. The Celebrity reservationist said that when we get back to Miami after our 1st leg of the trip, we will go to a lounge while our room is serviced. I was wondering approximately how long we would have to wait in the lounge since I know the stewards are busy getting all the cabins ready for the new people to come on board. Also, what, if anything is there to do on the ship while we're in port for embarkation? We are from the area so don't want to get off the boat. kampinguru Posted November 30, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2009 We have done a b2b on Century last year and are doing it again in Feb. If you have the same room, it is not an issue as you do not have to pack up. The stewards will clean your room as usual. You do have to meet up at around 10:00 and you are escorted to security and then back onto the ship. You get your new SeaPass card when you get back on board and the rest of the day is just like embarkation day. You are free to see the Miami area if you want and the ship offers some shore excursions for that day. I would really suggest you try and get the same room if possible. Makes the day much easier. You can sleep in that day if you have the same room and the ship is yours for the day. A great day to go sit by the pool if you want. No chair hogs save anything that day so you will pretty much have the pool to yourself.
