jprand98 Posted November 30, 2009 #1 Share Posted November 30, 2009 We are sailing on the Celebrity Summit from San Juan to St Thomas, Saint Croix, St Kitts , Antigua and Saint Lucia. Would a port cabin or starboard or aft veranda suite be better when sailing into these ports or does it really matter? Thanks from a first time cruiser! serene56 Posted November 30, 2009 #2 Share Posted November 30, 2009 Personally for me-- an aft cabin- I wouldnt have to worry about being on the wrong side of the ship. Caribbean sailings-- it doesnt matter the side- Some days the capt will decide to dock pulling in or backing in. Depends on how many ships are in port. when you arrive. when you leave etc. Besides aft balconies are always bigger then whats on the side
