Laundry Service on Victory

I was wondering if anybody had used this service and how much it cost. This cruise is a port every day so I am not sure when we would have time to do our own laundry.

I read on the "All things Victory.." thread that they do a bag of laundry for $15. According to the poster the bag was slightly bigger then a grocery store bag. I thought that sounded kind of cheap considering Carnival's prices for stuff--

We are on that ship this w/e.

I hope this posts alright...I copied off the bookccl.com website. There is also one night where there is a $15 per bag laundry service - they'll leave the bag and a sheet with instructions.

 

Laundry Service

Self-Service Launderettes

Each ship has self-service launderettes located on the stateroom decks. There are 2 or 3 washers, 2 or 3 dryers, and 1 iron and ironing board in each launderette. The cost is $3.00 per washer load and $3.00 per dryer load. Vending machines dispense small boxes of detergent and water softener at $1.00 per box.

 

Note: Due to local environmental requirements, the washing machines in the guest' launderette will be closed in port, per each ports specific requirements; the dryers and irons will be available for guest use.

Wet Cleaning Service

Wet Cleaning Service is similar to dry cleaning but friendlier to the environment. This service is available on the following ships: VI CQ GL VA LI FD SL.

Valet Laundry

In addition to self-service launderettes, there is a valet laundry service on board; dry cleaning is not available. Following is the price list; this service is handled through the Cabin Steward:
