Does anyone know how liquor prices at the Coast Guard Station Exchange in San Juan compare to other available commercial & duty free outlets?

I seem to recall alcohol in St. Maarten being really cheap but couldn't remember if it was less than the San Juan CG Station (It's not my fault; I'd been drinking).

I always buy my Johnnie Walker Blue Label in St. Maarten ($95.00 cash for a .75 liter last time I was there) and my Black Label in saint Thomas ($24.50 for 1 liter). They're around $115.00 for the Blue and $32.00 for the Black at the Coast Guard Station. For example.
