Trasport for Family of 5 from PBI to Port of Miami

Hi we have been watching prices and booked travel from West Coast to Palm Beach Airport (PBI) to get to our cruise. We don't get in until 10:30 at night and have a reservation at JW Marriott in Miami that night before the cruise (priceline) Now i need to figure out how to get from PBI to Miami that late at night. We have 2 adults, 9,5, and 2 year old to transport. Any family friendly suggestions?

I would look at renting a car one way from the airport. Find a car rental with a shuttle to the port and drop the car off in the morning.
