Coupon books

Good evening,

can anyone tell me about the promotional special regarding the coupon book. On of the internet travel agency sites is advertising a $400 coupon book for sailing the NCL. What does this entail and how much of a savings is this?

I've never been a fan of coupon books.

 

I received one a few weeks ago consisted of things like buy 2 spa's get 20%, buy 3, 30% etc. or spend $200 on photos and get 10% etc, etc.

 

I think there are different ones out there but one's like this has been more the case than ones of what I considered a true benefit.

 

I'm sure if others have received some of value, they'll chip in here.
