Greeting from Boudicca and Balmoral in Amsterdam

Both ships are back to back at the Cruise terminal at Amsterdam. Its nowing and its absolutely freezing, so not going ashore. First time on Boudicca, very diffrerent layout to Black Watch. This is the first time many of the Philipeano crew have seen snow so they are making the most of it.

 

I'm staying on-board in the warm.

I have just got back from the Balmoral. Cracking mini break cruise.

 

The drive to Dover was a nightmare and despite putting back the departure time to 19.00 there were still some poor people who missed the boat because of the snow/weather etc.

 

We ventured out in the snow in Amsterdam and visited the Heineken museum and had a general wonder around, very nice indeed!

 

Back to blighty now and looking forward to my next crusie from LA in May when I hope it will be warmer!
