Transfer savona port - airport

Hi,

 

Got a question does anyone now how the transfers are handled if you leave by airplane from Milan when returning from a costa cruise (transatlantic) ?

 

- Are the transfers included or do you have to pay for them (how much)

- How long does the transfer take ?

- What time is acceptable for a return flight ?

- Do they have luxury coaches or some scrapheap :)
