Private Virgin Gorda Sailing tours ???

We are heading back to Tortola this March on the Solstice, we had been there a few years ago on the Jewel of the seas. We enjoyed the Bath very much, but this time have a large group cruising with us. I would like to know if anyone can recommend a private sailing tour? that can pick us up from the pier and take us to the baths and a snorkel? it needs to have a great service and
