Dining Questions on the Magic

We are going on the Disney Magic (Western Caribbean) in March and trying to decide what night to book Palo. I understand that you don't want to miss Animator's Palate on your first rotation, but do the other restaurants also do special things that should not be missed? We don't want to miss formal night (Mon.?), Pirates night (Wed?) or the last night and are leaning towards the 4th night (Tuesday) after Cozumel. Any suggestions/feedback? Also, when do we find out what our dinner rotation is...will we get that soon or after we are on the ship? Thank you!!!

Your dining rotation will be on the key to the world card your given at check in. Plus there will be tickets on the desk in yoru room with your rotation on it.

They are constantly changing things in the dining rooms but it use to be one night Parrot Cay did a tropical theme music and everyone came out to do the limbo which was alot of fun. It was during the dessert course.

One night, it might even be the last night they have Baked Alaska for dessert and they parade around the dining rooms carrying flaming Baked Alaska's which is cool to see too.

I would go ahead and book your Palos then when you get on board if your rotation conflicts you can go and ask to change it right after you board the ship. At check in they will give you a paper that will give a place and time to go to change Palos reservations. Iti s always in one of the night clubs. Go right at the time listed on the paper for best chance of getting it changed if needed.
