kgn Posted January 13, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2005 We are considering doing the Coral Princess 10 Panama Cruise during Christmas/New Year's. Has anyone cruised the Panama with kids? Are there kids on the boat? I have heard that the Princess Panama cruise is for an older crowd but it is over Xmas break. WE are traveling with four kids 8 - 15. THoughts?
calliecat Posted January 13, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2005 We were on the Grand this Christmas (2004) with our 12 yr old. There were a lot of families and children. I wouldn't hesitate to go again at Christmas. They'll have plenty to do.
jonesmen Posted January 19, 2005 #3 Share Posted January 19, 2005 We're going on the Coral next Christmas with 13 people ages 7-87 including 5 teenagers. Any recommended excursions?
Pudgesmom Posted January 20, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 20, 2005 We're taking our two teenagers through the Canal on Windstar next New Year's. The Canal transit is only one day, so you should consider what ports the ship visits on the other days, and what shipboard activities may or may not be of interest to your children. Hope this helps Beth
cruiseLMG Posted October 19, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 19, 2005 In costa Rica the White Water rafting was fantastic. We took our kids 15 and 17 at the time -- it was fantastic. We are going back and doing it again next month!
