Hello All:

We are on the Splendor for the January 10th cruise. We are driving into Long Beach but our son will be flying. Which airport should he fly into? Your assistance is greatly appreciated as we are using "points" for his ticket.

Thanks!

Carol

I dont know where he is flying from but I highly recommend Long Beach

Great little airport and closer to the Cruise terminals

I have ben flying there for almost 40yrs

LAX is such a pain

If you can get Jet blue (1st bag free) to fly him even a better bonus

It may depends on what airline you want to have him fly, not all airlines serve all the airports.

The other thought is how/when you plan to pick him up...

Long Beach is closest to the cruise terminals... but it is only served by a few airlines. LAX isn't that far away, and is served by most airlines.

If you are driving in from the north and plan to pick him up on the way in you could consider Hollywood/Burbank, if you are driving in from the East you can consider Ontario... From the South John Wayne/Orange County airport.

If you are making a seperate trip to pick him up chose Long Beach or LAX.
