Hike and Baby beach vs. 4X4 safari

Wanted to take 4X4 safari tour but only have 2 in my party ---- requires 4. Does the ship (Princess) help match up parties? Was also considerig the hike to natural bridge and visit to Baby beach. Love to hike. Has anyone taken this tour? Any comments on which tour would be better.
