Boatswain's for 5 and 8 year old? Any other suggestions?

Cruising to Grand Cayman in March with my 5 and 8 year old children and are considering Botswains and would appreciate any feedback anyone has on this park. Since my husband and I have swam with the sting rays in the past and my children are fearful of them (since Steve Irwin's death), we are skipping that excursion. We've also made the decision to do the Dolphin Enounter with the kids in Cozumel, so the dolphins are out. If anyone has any recommendations on great things to do with kids, I'd appreciate it!

We went a year ago with kids 7,9,2. We did the Sea explorer with them. You sit under the boat and see the fish, stingrays, coral, etc through glass windows. A diver also comes out to feed the fish in front of the windows. It's also air conditioned and leaves right from the pier.

Thanks for the suggestion. That sounds so cool! Unfortunately, I get claustrophobic and don't think I'd be able to do it :(. We've kept that option a secret from the kids!!!
