Johnthed0g Posted January 5, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2010 Firstly I would like to do a Derek Kane & wish them a "Bon Voyage" BUT mainly I see she is still in Southampton, I wonder due to the dreadful weather we have here now HEAVY SNOW & FREEZING if they have delayed sailing, it would be reasonable. Looks like she has departed now 18-30 ish
jenny wren Posted January 5, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 5, 2010 She's just leaving the dock area now according to AIS live..so a bit late but I'm sure it won't make much difference!!! So Bon Voyage to all the lucky passengers !!!
Johnthed0g Posted January 5, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted January 5, 2010 Wouldn't it be luvverly!! mind you I checked the itinery 50+ sea days, hmmm not sure, used to be but I'm not now, after our last cruise on Arcadia we were getting a bit ''stir crazy'' but maybe you get into it better on a longer cruise, pace yourself perhaps. I have brought this up elsewhere before, but do people get fed up with formal dining & dressing up? we also found little to do so I do wonder what it is really like in reality

Southampton Cruiser Posted January 8, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 8, 2010 There was a brief firework display as she passed City Terminal. She was due to sail at 6pm, just like Arcadia is on Sunday. That information was posted on the 3rd.
tom_uk Posted January 8, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 8, 2010 She was somewhere near the Algarve when I checked mid-afternoon. Lucky whatsits - I'd rather be there than here!
