SwissMyst Posted January 5, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 5, 2010 We will be on our second cruise stop in Phuket and already did the Phi Phi Island snorkeling and want to try something else. We know the port is pretty much out of the way and hard to get around here on our own. We would like to explore the rubber plantation and old colonial history here, but there are no port excursions offering all of this. Though there is one that goes to town and some of the old villas as well as the coastal view spots on the southern tip of the island which may be the best we can do. What suggestions or history with private tour operators does anyone have that might help us find something else to do that explore more of the inland than the water activities at this Phuket stop? Thanks.
