Payment to Calabaza?

For anyone who's taken this catamaran tour, how did you handle payment? Did you e-mail them your credit card number or was there a more secure method? I didn't see anything about payment on their website.

Hi,

I have booked with Calabaza for my upcoming cruise in April. I called Gina at the phone number on the website and gave her my credit card number, since I was not comfortable sending my credit card number in an e-mail. She said that the credit card charge is not activated until the day of the trip. She was prompt in replying to my e-mail inquiries. I am really looking forward to this excursion as the Calabaza has many excellent reviews on Trip Advisor.

We have a reservation with them for next Friday. I made the reservation and did all correspondence through e-mail. But I called her and gave her my CC number. We plan to pay cash. I think CC is a guarantee for those who simply change their minds and don't show up for the sail, as they only take a max of 12 people.
