We are going to do our own thing in Cayman islands. Taking the city bus out to Hell and just enjoy a little alone time. Wondering if there is any 1 place that I just cannot miss... someplace to eat, shop or just visit in general... Actually, any advice on a place to get lunch would be helpful.

I agree! We are looking to do something when we go end of March 2010. Anything specific that can be suggested would be great!
