In November '04, the last tender back to the ship on the day leaving Lahaina was 5:30 pm.

Overnite at Lahaina, after 11 pm, the tenders ran on the hour from the ship to shore and on the half hour from the shore back to the ship.

 

Note: on the first morning in Lahaina, guests are requested to assemble in the theatre where they will be issued tickets for the tenders. After they get the first "wave" ashore they will announce open tenders and you proceed directly to the tenders. In our case that was about 10 am.
