kayak eco-adventure OR snorkel & sail in Cabo San Lucas

Hi all, I'm sailing in early May. Anyone done either of these excursions in Cabo San Lucas? I would really like to do Kayak Eco-Adventure. We also have the opportunity to snorkel in Acapulo or Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, which would be better? I think Cabo would probably be the best spot to snorkel but I'm just guessing. Perhaps we could snorkel on our own in Cabo after the kayak tour; does any one have any experience or suggestions? Thanks!!
