Renew our vows onboard

So, here's the deal. My wife, and I, got married 2 years ago. We were on a bus trip, to a little casino in Nevada, Our 3 adult sons couldn't go along, so they missed the festivites. I'm thinking, since we are all cruising on the Paradise, May10 -14, And our 3 year anniversary is May 11, I can surprise everybody with a renewal onboard. That is Catalina day, could work? Whadda you all think? Help an oldish brother out... hint hint.. Host Mach?

Carnival does renewals onboard, but we have learned that they only do the packages offered. Tried set one up that is a little different then what they offer. No luck (we just wanted the vow renewal and a "private" breakfast for our group of 17) of course we thought of doing this at breakfast time :)
