dingers Posted January 10, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 10, 2010 We will be in St. Lucia in early February with the Celebrity Constellation. Has anyone ever done the whale watching and dolphin watching at that time of year? What are our chances of seeing Whales or Dolphins at that time of year? Thanks for the Help! chrysalis Posted January 15, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2010 The whales and dolphins are there year around....we have done it the last 5 years in a row, and will be going again this coming march. We have seen dophins (lots and close) 100% of the time, pilot whales (100%) of the time, and Sperm Whales 50% of the time. Last year when we were out with them they saw up close a Blue Whale and her young one. We use Hackshaw Boats (google them), and send them an email. Tell them that "Marc from Canada" sent you. Chris Hackshaw will take good care of you. They are a class operation with great staff. We always have a fantastic time with them.
