My in-laws are staying in this cabin in January - we're staying in a balcony nearby. Maybe you already know this info... but our Carnival planner recommended these forward cabins for the price - they call them "patio cabins" (a marketing ploy I'm sure). He sent us pictures and it looked great - there is a deck that wraps in front of these cabins, which is why it's obstructed view. Since not many people know about it, there's not much traffic - so kind of like a semi-private shared balcony.

These cabins used to be oceanview obstructed cabins.

They are now inside cabins. THey do feature a window but the view is completly obstructed by a wall of the deck that passengers can visit on.

The cabin does not exit to the deck-- there will be doors on either side of the hall. The deck is great for watching as you enter a port.

You cant have chairs out here-- it is extremly window
