Taxi's at port?

We are using the Tampa Port and are wondering if when we come back if there are taxi's there waiting for customers or do we need to call ahead and reserve one? And if we do reserve one how do we know what time to tell them? Thanks so much!

So I thought I posted this in the right place the first time but apparently I did not, so pardon the duplicate post. I am just simply wondering if there are taxis waiting for customers when you arrive back home. We are using the Tampa Port if that makes a difference. If they aren't there and we need to reserve one ahead of time how do we know what time to tell them to pick us up? Thanks!

There will be plenty of both sedan style and minivan style, and they are very well-organized & convenient. There is a drive-thru pickup area (with a couple of "loading" lanes) and a "cab only" lane on the main road. Port security waves in additional cabs as needed.
