Summergee Posted January 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2010 I know that the Commodore Club is famous for its martinis, but do they have a reasonable cocktail list for those of us who may not like martinis?
zoomerica Posted January 13, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 13, 2010 I quite imagine they will make whatever may strike your fancy. It seems that they are known for Martinis, and excel in such matters. Cheers Zoo

pb82 Posted January 13, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 13, 2010 Here is a QM2 Bar List from a couple of years ago that should give you an idea of what's available. Bottoms up!
Host Hattie Posted January 13, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 13, 2010 A new cocktail list was introduced in all bars on January 4th although the Martini list in the Commodore Club remains the same. I didn't take photographs I'm afraid. There are different lists in Deck and Inside bars and a new Singapore Sling Recipe although old style could still be ordered. Jimsgirl Posted January 14, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 14, 2010 Do they do a champagne cocktail or a glass of just sparling white wine?
capnpugwash Posted January 14, 2010 #7 Share Posted January 14, 2010 They do several different cocktails with your choice of champagne or sparkling wine
Jimsgirl Posted January 15, 2010 #8 Share Posted January 15, 2010 Thank you capnpugwash, I will certainly try out the Commodore drinks next trip. Usually I go there during the day, and do not order a drink, (overwhelmed by the choice of martinis), only drink chapagne cocktail or sparling white wine. Now I know I can indulge at the same time. Wonderful Lynn I would suggest, then, going to the Martini Mixology. You'll get four or five drinks (not full size - but it's still a boozy afternoon) and try a number of different ones. But remember a Martini is gin and a (dash) of vermouth, with olives. The rest play at being drinks.
Bispham Boo Posted January 16, 2010 #10 Share Posted January 16, 2010 Totally second Luv2. I'd only had your bog standard martini before the QM2 martini mix class - changed my life!;)
