For you that have cruised more than once, drink question...

Generally, on Carribean cruises you see the same specials: screwdrivers and bloodies in the moring and "something with rum and an umbrella" in the afternoon/evening.

 

I vaguely remember a few specials in specialty coffee family on the first and last day of a Boston-Bermuda-Boston cruise five years ago (it was cool and foggy out).

 

I'd imagine that you might get different specials on Alaska/transtlantic/European routes but can't speak from experience.
