A Converted Car Ferry's Good Enough For The Queen

For all those that knock the Island Escape for being converted form a vehicle ferry, even those who have never sailed in her.

 

Did you see the report in yesterday's Daily Mail that H.M. is going for her summer cruise on the Hebridean Princess a converted inter island ferry.

It'll cost her a bit more than the Escape though. She's paying £300,000 for 2 weeks.

There were people to sail on her, but they've been rescheduled to another time.

Yes, my friend was on Colourful Coasts on the Celebration last year. And if you think she's a smaller lighter ship than the I.E. She's have really bobbed about if it would have been rough.
