I remember readng some posts about whole-wheat pasta in the MDR (or the lack thereof). On our 02Jan Zuiderdam cruise, the MDR had one entree that included whole-wheat pasta.

 

Whole Wheat Pasta with Vodka Sauce (Greenhouse Spa Cuisine)

Al dente pasta, caramelized onion and sun-dried tomato in a spicy garlic-infused tomato sauce, with just a touch of cream.

 

I thought it sounded yummy and seriously considered ordering it, but I was won over by the Oven Roasted Beef Tenderloin Topped with Caramelized Shallots.
