Soy or Rice Milk

Does NCL have soy or rice milk available as my daughter needs to have it instead of regular milk. Do I need to ask for it?

When I was on the Gem in March, 2009 they had soy milk in the buffet. It was out on the buffet adjacent to the area where they had the boxes of cereal and other types of milk. I can't say whether it is currently available or available on all ships.

I emailed the accessdesk@ncl.com and they told me that they did not have Rice milk on board, but that we could bring it on. We are going in April, so we will have to bring some along. I didn't ask about the Soy. :(

Just returned from Jade. Soy milk is readily available on 12th floor at buffet as other person replied. We had to ask for it as it was under the counter where the cereal is. Before we boarded, we bought the soy milk in the 6oz packages from the store shelf in Barcelona, Jade rooms have a SMALL fridge, but worked great. So I was never without a coffee and soy milk!

I sailed on the Pearl with a daughter who needs lactose free milk. I emailed the ship coordinator a few weeks prior to sailing. She confirmed that it would be available for her. I was able to get it anywhere we were (main dining rooms, specialty restaurants, buffet). I could not believe how accommodating they were. Sometimes they would even offer me the rest of the box to take back to my cabin. They told me that any time I needed extra, I could check in at the main dining room and they would run and get me some. I just gook some sippy cups and they would fill them up for me. It was so helpful. I hope you have just as good of an experience with it.

Yes, sometimes it was soy and sometimes rice. It was soy more often than rice. I just requested lactose-free milk and was given one or the other. Did you try asking the ship's coordinator?
