Are men required to wear jacket and ties on informal nights in the restaurant on Caribbean cruises or is smart casual (i.e open neck shirts and trousers) acceptable?

Caribbean cruises are casual, but European cruises are not (except for the first and last nights). Wear what you would wear on casual night on most other cruise lines.
