Taking on Wine

My parents are boarding the Coral tomorrow... they bought a case of wine and are wondering how you take it on.. do you send it with your luggage or do you carry it on??

We send it with our luggage. Just put a luggage tag on it. We put the box into a rolling duffel bag to further protect it.

We have a small cart that we use to wheel our wine on. We bring one to two cases depending on length of the cruise. To be more descreet (although not necessary), we wrap the case in plain brown wrapping paper. It still needs to go through the security scanner and we have never had a problem. I carry the cruise contract with me and highlight the area regarding bringing wine & champagne on board.

Sending it with the checked luggage is usually the easiest way. The Princess Passage Contract does not have any limit on the amount of wine you can bring onboard.
