assistant.

phoned an American couple to convince

them to choose a Silversea Expeditions

cruise, as suggested by the man’s PA.

The couple decided on an Antarctic

product and loved it so much that they

booked another US$850,000

worth of Silversea cruises.

In line with company policy when

guests book future cruises onboard,

Silversea advised the couple’s travel

agent back in the US.

The surprised agent reaped a cool

US$100,000 commission.

Not too bad a pay-day for having

simply answered the phone!
