Cabo: Taxi to S. Maria or Chileno Bay

When our ship is in Cabo in early March, we're planning to take a cab to either S. Maria or Chileno Bay and snorkel. Does anyone know the best way to get a cab with an English-speaking driver and whether we should ask him to wait, return or just get another cab when we're done? Any idea on what the cost should be? Also, can anybody recommend one bay over the other with twin focuses on easy entrance and exit (one of us is a total novice) combined with good visibility, coral and fish (two of us are experienced snorkel fanatics).

Thanks,

Ira
