What is the best excursion in samana for snorkeling

What is the best excursion in samana for snorkeling? A day or 2 ago NCL had a Reef, Shark & Stingray Snorkel listed as one of their excursions. Today when we are ready to book it is no longer there. I called NCL and they said it never existed. Well, my whole family read it, including my daughter who doesn't live with us. So it was listed and I guess has been removed for whatever reason. Long story short my youngest daughter would really like to snorkel. What are our best options in Samana?
