group disembarkment question

Okay. Can't find this on the board...so help please. We have a group booking, in this booking on the Ecstasy for Feb 1, we have some on the Rivera deck and because of issues, some on the Empress deck. The problem comes is that these are also in the same rental car and on the same flight. Can they get off the disembarkment as the Empress level as these are the ones the rental car is in????:confused:
