Somewhere on this board I THOUGHT I had seen info on how to set up a NCL M&G - that you had to contact NCL? Can anyone help me with this?

You need to send an email to groupeventjewel@ncl.com (assuming it is for your Jewel cruise) and put in the email you would like to set up a meet and greet. They will send you back an email to confirm date, location, and time. About two weeks before you sail send the same email the final headcount.

GroupEvent....@ncl.com (the... is the name of your ship). Give her the count of folks that you have and the date of your cruise. Do this at least 3 months prior.

 

Then she will contact you with date (first sea day usually) at 11AM, usually, and location. Then a month prior again comntact her with count if double or more so she loves you to a bigger than a bar location.

 

What was 20 on Jewel with me grew to 125 but many were PHD TA's learning NCL onboard all week, so they couldn't attend. We grew from a deck 6 bar to the dining room with Captain & 11 Officers. Also got a bridge tour with the Captain.

I just did it the other day: very easy. Just email the groupeventxxx@ncl.com. The xxx is the name of the ship..You will hear back pretty quickly hopefully..
