I thought there was some sensational story on Royal Caribbean and Haiti or something flooding the phone lines - but nope, it was the sea pass cards. Who knows? It wasn't me, but if anything good came out of your wait it was reminding me to call and get credit for my platinum discount. Last time I tried my Mom had been "looking at" our reservation (she's in FLA we are in GA) and the reservation agent said, "Sorry, it is being modified." Alas THANKS!!!
