How long will you be on the Legend ?

We will be doing the one week cruise from Rome. Prior to the cruise we will be visiting with family in Holland. This is our 11th cruise but our first on Seabourn. I am hoping that it will be a good fit for us. We are around late 40's/early 50's and interested in active excursions such as hiking or sailing. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
