Asia Cruise Singapore/Hongkong -Quest 20 Feb

Hi, we are boarding in Singapore on 20 Feb to do the cruise to Hongkong and are looking foreward to it. We like to ask as we doubt what to do with an excursion in Hanoi . Either the excursion to Hanoi itself or to do the Halong Bay boat excursion - or can you do both in the timeframe you are there.
