tandemcruzr Posted February 12, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 12, 2010 In January, we walked inside. Nothing going on. We went to the outside bar which we assumed was connected and no one acknowledged us although there was a bartender and people sitting at the bar. We're not ugly people. We kept walking. We had our beach massage there and then lunch. Quiet place. A few crew members were eating there so that was good enough for me. Clean bathrooms and a shower. terrymtex01 Posted January 25, 2011 #5 Share Posted January 25, 2011 I have kind of a specific question. This is one of the three beach clubs we are looking at for Costa Maya and I was curious if anyone could tell me how comfortable the chairs are for a big guy. My big thing (no pun intended) is I hate to be sitting on a chair I feel like I'm about to break. Does this beach club have really sturdy chairs? I'm going to post this for all three of the clubs we are interested in.

But since you really don't have to book at any of the beach clubs, just walk along the malecon (it's not that long and it's a nice walk, and test out or look for a place with chairs that appear suitable to your needs. As far as NBC not being very responsive. This is also a small hotel and they tend to cater to their hotel guests first. Evan is from Texas, so stop in and give him a big "Hook 'em Horns" or an Aggie Salute. :D And he does make a mean margarita.
