Royal Caribbean/Celebrity "Beach Extravaganza"

Has anyone done this beach shuttle with RCCL or Celebrity? Here's their description:

Since it says "one of the newest restaurants", I'm wondering if it's the Beach House on Turtle Beach? Anyone been? Is there snorkeling available?

I think that it is The Spice Mill restaurant on Cockleshell Beach. The Beach House restaurant has only been open for dinner.
