Do any of these ports have good beaches?

We are stopping in Dubrovnik, Croatia, Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey, Santorini, and Corfu. Do any of these places have nice beaches? I've heard the beaches in Santorini aren't really great - volacanic rock more than sand. I was hoping to be able to spend an afternoon at the beach with my 3 year old.

Actually, there are a few good beaches on Santorini although they are on the other side of the island from Fira. Kusadasi also has a few nice beaches they are within a few miles of the port. Corfu also has some decent beaches. We have no direct experience with beaches near Dubrovnik, but this area is also known for some good beaches...so it sounds like you will have more than ample opportunity to get your child on the sand.

We also have a stop over there in may and I think we try the Ladies beach.
