Has anyone else had issues with the dvd from dolphin discovery? When I got home with mine, I discovered that it was blank! Just a heads up for anyone else who is visiting.

Other than the DVD issue, how was your experience with Dolphin Discovery at Grand Cayman?

Other than the fact that it was pouring the day we were there it was good. It is quite an experience. Our group was fairly large, as we booked it through the ship. We only got to do a kiss, hand shake, push and pull with the dolphin. It was fun, but after reading that people have had a group of 2 with two dolphins I'm regretting not booking it privately.

Just a thought about your DVD. Are you sure you are putting in right side up? When we were there, every DVD they sold was checked by the salesperson with the buyer to ensure it was in fact the correct DVD for that person or group.

Yes we have tried everything. I even contacted the company as this is apparently a frequent problem. They don't have great customer service and needless to say I did not get a replacement dvd as they had promised.
