When you purchase OBC does it apply to all of the cards assigned to a room or is it just on the one person?

It will depend on how you set up the S&S accounts. If both persons are on the same S&S account, then yes. If you set up separate S&S accounts, then no.

My friend and I sailed on the Sensation in November. We received $50 OBC for our cabin (booking promo). We had two separate S&S accounts (her cc and my own cc). The OBC credit was split between us without us even having to ask.

I'm assuming individually purchased OBC would be treated differently than cabin-based OBC. For example, if A purchases OBC for his or her separate S&S account, why would B share in that?
