Excursion to Baul and Democracia

Has anyone been to Baul and Democracia? ( I searched and cannot find any info on this tour here on the boards.) We are on the NCL Pearl in April and are trying to choose between this excursion and one to La Antigua. We have enjoyed other trips to see Mayan ruins in the past. Everyone who has been to La Antigua (either escorted or on their own) certainly seems to love it! Anyone have any input on this? Thanks!
