What's the earliest you've got into the Tampa port for your cruise?

10:30am...didn't board until almost noon though. (Inspiration)

We live in the Tampa area. Both times we have sailed from Tampa, we arrived around 10:30 am and boarded at around 11:15 am - 11:30 am. Royal Caribbean seems to get people on board a little quicker than Carnival, while Carnival seems to debark passengers faster (mostly it seems, from self assist).
