Spinning classes

Does anyone know if there are spinning classes offered on the NCL Wind? We just started a couple months ago and now I can't imagine a 10 day break.

I seem to recall seeing spinning bikes on the Pride of Aloha, but I'm not sure.

I know that the formerly named NCL Sky offered spinning classes, as does the NCL Dawn. I was on the Dawn in January of 04 & 05 and at that time the classes were $5.00 each. I understand the fitness classes program has changed and that spinning is now $10.00. I would think that all of the NCL ships would have the same type of exercise classes.

I think I read there was spinning on the Mariner...can anyone confirm this?

How many classes are offered, how much, etc?

(I'll be the champ in the cycling shoes, heart rate monitor, and the dri-fit clothing...)

Does anyone know if there are spinning classes on Island Princess. Also do they use normal spinning bikes that have SPD clips?

How about the Caribbean Princess?

They do have spinning class on Caribbean Princess but it is totally not worth it. If you want to pre-reserve a spot, you have to buy the package for all three sea days (on our cruise Monday, Tuesday and Friday) for $35 + 15% tip. The class is geared toward beginners. If you're truly a beginner I wouldn't recommend back-to-back days, and if you're an exerienced cyclist or spinner, the class is not challenging enough not to mention not worth the high price. If you just show up for one session and take your chances on a spot being available, it is $15 +15%.
