United Airport Parking-Miami-positive experience

We just returned from the Celebrity Century and successfully used United Airport Parking. We paid online, found the garage, and parked in covered parking. As we entered the garaged (gated at night) the man at the entrance called the van, gave us the info for pick up, and the van met us and directed us to the parking spot. We waited about 10 minutes just in case anyone else came (we got there after 3:00). The driver was very pleasant and got us to the port in 10 minutes.

When we got off the ship, we only had to wait 5 minutes for the van to pick us up, we did not even have to call them. They dropped everyone off and there were no problems with the drivers or with our car after 5 days. We will use them again! I would not park there without a reservation as you needed the paperwork (or email on phone) to get to use the van and it's a bit of a walk to the port.

We, too, just returned from a cruise to the Port of Miami on the 7th. Took a chance and used the United Parking option. It was just as advertised. Easy to find, parked in a covered spot, waited about 10 min. for the van to the ship which was a short ride, and again at the other end, we waited 10-15 min. for the van that took us from the port back to our car. You drive out of the ramp, and go about 3 blocks and you're right at the entrance to I95. Would definitely use them again.

We used them for a cruise in November, shortly after the garage opened.

We were very pleased.

When we returned after our 13 day trip, our 1 year old mini-van would not start. The facility shortly arrived with a battery charger and started it. There was another couple who needed assistance too.

While we thought that the battery was defective, we since found out that newer cars should be started often--something about the electrical system.

We will definitely use them again.

How much was it? What is the e-mail? Thhanks Beth

The cost of a 7 day stay is $76.16 + $13.22 for taxes and fees. After you make your paid reservation, they send you a confirmation and the directions to the garage. However, if you want to know ahead of time, it's located at 1415 NE 2nd Ave in Miami 33139 and you can mapquest it. We would use them again.
