So I requested a reservation for our upcoming Dream cruise - will I get some sort of confirmation via email or should we just wait until we board and then check it out?

Yup! I requested my reservation at some point last week and received an email confirmation late on Friday night!

So if I don't hear back from them in a couple of days should I try and contact them again?

We just got off the Dream last Saturday and we had reservations for the Supper club and it took almost two weeks before I got the confirmation. But I don't think you will have a problem, just check in the day you get there and I'm sure they can take care of you. i will admit they were busier on the Dream then some of the other Supper clubs have been. Food was very good!!!!

We never did receive a confirmation for our online Chef's Art reservation request. Concerned, we wandered in to check it out after we boarded and sure enough they had us in there -- no worries!
