Favorite Beach/Resort for kids?

Hi, after reading someones earlier post requesting info. on your favorite resort/beach... I was wondering if one would stand out more than another for kids? I have two girls 10 and 7 and we do like to snorkel (from beach and have our own equipment) Any suggestions? Thanks.

Seems Mazatlan's El Cid is the choice for Mazatlan; except not for snorkeling. Seems Dreams south in Puerto Vallarta to include snorkeling.
